Today’s culture often tells women that their own happiness and contribution to society is defined by their success in the workplace, specifically how much they earn. Yet success is multifaceted and looks different for every woman. Our culture also pressures women to subscribe to certain ways of thinking. Those who deviate from politically correct thinking risk being “cancelled.” This cancel culture threatens civilized discourse. It shouldn’t come as a surprise then that, sadly, diversity of thought is often missing in the mainstream media.
