Introducing Rosie 250: We Can Do It, Again!

America Needs Rosie Again. For 250 years, American women have helped build this nation—not from the sidelines, but at the center of its story.

They defended freedom. Raised families. Built businesses. Served in uniform. Led communities. Innovated. Sacrificed. Created. Persevered.

Now it’s our turn.

Rosie was never just a wartime icon.

She represented something far greater—the freedom to contribute, to lead, to serve, and to choose your own path.

That freedom remains America’s greatest gift to women.

Today, too many young women are told America has failed them. That their history is something to apologize for. That fulfillment comes only by fitting someone else’s definition of success.

We reject that false choice.

Rosie 250 celebrates the women who strengthen America every single day—from mothers and military members to entrepreneurs, teachers, caregivers, tradeswomen, scientists, first responders, artists, and innovators.

There is no single blueprint for an American woman.

There never has been.

There never should be.

America’s future won’t be written by one kind of woman.

It will be written by millions.

Every woman has a story.

Every woman has a role.

Every woman can be Rosie.

  1. Love of country.
I believe America is worth loving deeply, serving proudly, and strengthening for the generations to come.
  2. A willingness to sacrifice.
I believe America’s future depends on women who step forward, embrace responsibility, and answer the call when their families, communities, and country need them most.
  3. Freedom to choose her own path.
I believe there is no single right way to be a woman. She may raise a family, build a career, serve her country, lead her community, or forge a path entirely her own. Every one of those lives helps build a stronger America.
  4. Women and men stand together.
I believe America’s best days are ahead when women and men stand together with mutual respect, shared purpose, and the confidence that we are stronger when we build, defend, and shape the future side by side.

What is a Rosie?

A Rosie today is a woman who loves her country, chooses her own path, and uses her strength, talent, and freedom to build something bigger than herself. She serves where she is needed, stands alongside the men in her life, and believes America is worth strengthening for the next generation.

I am a Rosie

I am a Rosie because I believe in what America makes possible—and in the power of women to dream boldly, live freely, and help write the next chapter of our country’s story.

Be a Rosie

Step forward with courage, purpose, and gratitude. Use your freedom, your talents, and your voice to build, serve, lead, and leave America stronger for the women who come next.
