Rachel Chiu is a visiting fellow at Independent Women and a J.D. Candidate at Yale Law School. She has authored over 90 op-eds, which have been featured online and in print for the Wall Street Journal, USA Today, National Review, and Fox News, among many other national and international news outlets. Prior to law school, Rachel was a Research Associate at the Cato Institute’s Project on Emerging Technologies.
