We all want people to make good and healthy lifestyle decisions but certain behaviors cannot be legislated or regulated. Nor can Americans’ Constitutional rights–however unsavory some may find them–be dismissed. Americans should have the right to make the best decisions for their lives–even if some don’t agree with those choices. In addition, outlawing certain products guarantees the creation of dangerous black markets that can harm individuals even more than legal products in the marketplace.
