On Friday, November 1, the James Wilson Institute and Independent Women’s Forum will host a public lecture on how the U.S. criminal justice system has moved towards a more “progressive” prosecution. The event will feature Prof. Gerard Bradley, Co-Director of the James Wilson Institute and professor of law at the University of Notre Dame Law School. Professor Bradley has recently filed briefs in support of the original meaning of Title IX, to protect women’s opportunities and not dissolve them in favor of gender ideology. Beth Parlato of Independent Women’s Forum will give brief remarks.
