Patrice Onwuka, director of Independent Women’s Center for Economic Opportunity, said:
“Artificial Intelligence leadership begins with lifting the reins on regulations and shifting approach to embrace technology. President Trump and this administration are signaling a real commitment to ensuring that America can harness the potential of AI to fuel economic growth and dominance. Americans have a long history of being the world’s innovators leading to global transformations. This plan ensures that young people are inspired to innovate from a young age and our future workforce is prepared for the opportunities ahead. AI is the new frontier and President Trump is mapping out a plan that the rest of the world can follow.”

“This strategic doctrine rightly recognizes that artificial intelligence will shape the global distribution of power, the structure of international alliances, and the character of future conflict. While the Chinese Communist Party embeds AI into the architecture of authoritarian control, the United States is choosing a different path: one grounded in sovereignty, security, and the preservation of liberty.

AI and related infrastructure projects consume and require lots of electricity to function. The electricity needed to power AI data centers is derived from reliable energy sources like natural gas, nuclear, geothermal, and coal—not renewables like solar and wind. Syncing AI with energy abundance will boost the economy without despoiling the environment.“
