The Working Families Tax Cuts, President Trump’s “Big, Beautiful Bill” promises to deliver women, families, and small businesses a historic tax cut.

Not only does this reconciliation bill make permanent many tax cuts and deductions from the 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, but it also delivers taxpayers additional savings over the next few years.

(I compiled a list of what’s in the bill that has since been passed exclusively by conservatives in the U.S. House of Representatives. You can read that list here.)

The Working Families Tax Cuts deliver the largest tax cut in history while also cutting wasteful federal spending. Women, workers, and small business owners would keep more of their income to spend on bills, savings, and family activities.

Take a look at how four different women’s financial situations were helped by President Trump’s tax cuts from 2017 and improved under the Working Families Tax Cuts.

Meet Emma: A single young professional with no children.

Meet Maria: A married mother.

Meet Aisha: A single professional with a small business on the side, but no kids.

Meet Pat: A retiree.

Here’s a side-by-side comparison for all four women:

Bottom Line

Thanks to Congress for acting and avoiding sharp tax increases for virtually every American, take-home pay for median-income households will increase by as much as $5,000/year.

Prices are finally coming down after four years of massive inflation. Americans deserve to keep more of their income to spend, save, or invest rather than losing it to Uncle Sam.
